Any owner, lienholder, or mortgagee aggrieved by an order of this city council issued
under this article shall be entitled to review by a district court pursuant to V.T.C.A.
Local Government Code § 214.0012, as amended, and the City of Murphy shall be entitled
to an award of fees, costs and expenses, and judgment therefore, pursuant to V.T.C.A.
Local Government Code § 214.0012(h).
