(a) The total fee due, as determined under the provisions of this article, shall be paid
in cash prior to the issuance of any building permit by the code enforcement department,
for land uses listed in section 82-151(b)(1).
(b) The total fee due for land uses listed in section 82-151(b)(2)—(8) shall be paid in cash prior to approval by the director of engineering
of the construction plans for streets, alleys, on-site utility installations and the
like, within the subdivision, pursuant to the subdivision regulations in chapter 74
(Code 1993, § 51.72; Ord. No. 238, 1-6-1986)
